Sensual Nature of Woman is a six-month journey that gently unravels the armor that has kept you braced, busy, and disconnected from yourself. It is an invitation to return to yourself, to your pleasure, to your aliveness, to your creativity and to your joy. We are live inside the Garden and you will receive all the recordings you might have missed at the time of joining and also be able to join us live.

Each month has a theme and inside each theme you will enjoy:

Daily simple practices to stay consistent with the theme

I created the Garden of Aliveness to be like a Bestie and personal trainer for your soul, heart and relationships. The content is oriented around somatic healing, sensuality, creativity, sexuality, self-leadership and togetherness. This is a sanctuary and a playground for our very earthly lives, relationships, challenges and victories. This is where we cultivate aliveness within, connect deeply with ourselves and fall madly in love with our lives & partners. Yes. You can cancel anytime. You'll be billed for the current cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan), and no further charges will apply after that.

While I can’t guarantee 1:1 time for every member in each session, the more our community grows, the more coaching slots I’ll open. You’ll always gain powerful insights from witnessing others being coached—it’s one of the gifts of group work.
